We want you to be delighted with your purchase, that is why we double check and carefully inspect every single order before it is posted. However if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided the product/s are returned complete, in perfect saleable condition, unused and repacked in the original undamaged packaging.
We will be happy to make a refund, via the original payment method used when you made your purchase.
We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged.

How to return an item
To return an item, please contact brevarian for returns instructions. info@brevarian.com
To return the item please package it carefully, in its original packaging and contact us to arrange collection. The cost of returning the item unless damaged or faulty will be deducted from amount refunded
Processing your refund
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. If the returned item is not in a resaleable condition, or packaging is damaged, our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss how this may affect the amount refunded.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt.
